I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but Ashran is completely ruin at this moment because of the amount of high level elite NPC in the game!

I'm seeing 7+ captains in the middle of Ashran! I don't think it is a good idea to let many captains be spawned at once! it ruins Ashran and it should be a player vs player battleground. I do not mind a few npc, maybe 1 and no more then that but this is just ridiculous!

Few issues with the captains we're fixing:

- They spawn too often The captains spawn after you reach the slain quota in the UI ("Alliance Slain:"). The slain cap gets reset anytime you lose a point. If you're constantly winning then losing points (which happens a lot in the road) then the cap isn't really that impactful. What we're doing is making it so that the cap will only get reset when you lose a point on your side of the road. We may also tune the cap up or down based on the captain spawn frequency.

- The beam is too obnoxious Part of this is that there are so many of them, but we do agree it's too heavy. We're reducing the beam effect a ton.

- They have too much health Reducing their health significantly.

- NPC AI issues We've noticed the NPCs are acting oddly when being leashed and entering combat. Working on fixes there soon.
