I was just whisperd ingame with a player claiming his a (GM) and that my account might de-activated if i dont verify iam the owner of the account does anyone know how i can verify this do i need to send some documents threw a ticket or is this guy just trying to fool me around? help

It's very clear when a genuine Game Master is talking to you in-game. You can see an example here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/game-master-interaction-policy

Please report any player that tries to impersonate a Blizzard employee by right-clicking their name and selecting the appropriate option. Please do NOT visit any site they may have linked in the chat.
