I've been playing around Ashran most of the beta and I keep seeing this buff around. Where do you get this from? Is it from one of the events?

This is a bug. It's sending the alert out as a server wide announcement instead of a zone-wide one. Oops!

Also, the Ancient Artifact spawns in a random spot anywhere in Ashran (outside of the main road). If you kill a player who carries it, they drop it and you can loot it.
