Beta Realm Maintenance - 8/4/14

Greetings All!

The Beta realms will be coming down for maintenance later today in order to deploy a new build. I'll be updating this thread with information and time estimates as I receive them. I don't have an ETA at this time, but I will update this post if I receive one.

I'll be leaving this thread open for general discussion as long as people remain civil and follow forum rules.

Hi folks, no updates but I wanted to check in and say hi. Maintenance is ongoing.

Build will contain a lot of fixes simply by virtue of being a much newer build. We don't really have easy to share changelogs of what each build brings in terms of bug fixes, there have been several thousand small changes over the past weeks so it's all but impossible to bring you all that data.

Can you confirm if EU server transfer's will be live with this patch?

I'll see what I can find about that. I know we've made a lot of recent progress on the character copy issues, which I'll try to put together in a singular post somewhere.

This will be Build 18663 - maintenance isn't finished, so servers will still be down.

Posted an update to the ongoing Character Copy issues over in the Bug Report forum, take a look if you were having issues in previous builds.

Just a Ballpark figure would be nice, like "See you tomorrow" or "Later this evening"

Last time I gave ballpark figures there were literal explosions. I've learned my lesson.

Build should be headed out to your app. Realms are still under maintenance, but you can start downloading a bit early.

Realms are coming up. If your launcher didn't receive the 18663 update, please close and restart it.
