Lunarfall Inn

According to the Architect's Table info, at level two the Lunarfall Inn should let me modify the attributes of my followers. I see no way to do this. Furthermore, how does one select a daily follower? This is on the level 100 realm.

Level 2 of the inn lets you select custom attributes on the followers you recruit, not your existing ones.
