We're aware of the issues people are experiencing. Crash reports do actually help. We'll let you know when we have any updates to share.

For things like disconnects it's not needed for you folks to submit a new bug report each time it happens. For client crashes (when the window pops up saying "hey you crashed!"), jotting down a brief note in the crash window will suffice.

We have robust server diagnostic tools that lets us see each time a server goes down - they look a lot like your crash logs, just formatted different since it's a server crash vs a client crash.

We're able to look through these server crash logs, identify potential code issues, and deploy server hotfixes to resolve some of them. This isn't an immediate process, since it's a lot more complicated than a data hotfix, and sometimes a new build is required to fix some of these. Rest assured we'll continue to monitor the stability of the Beta Servers and fix things as soon as we're able.
