If people didn't complain about which alpha notes they don't like, how would they make the changes to them and have them not be "set in stone"? They would truly be set in stone if no one ever said anything against them or brought up legitimate complaints to why they are bad, in alpha, beta, or live.

You bring up a good point, and as others have stated, there is a distinct difference between "complaining" and constructive feedback. Obviously, jumping to conclusions isn't the best method of expressing it, but the passion many of you have about the game and your favorite classes is always impressive (and quite frankly, motivational). It's what often generates a response and regardless of format, we're reading through what's being shared.

The notes are not final and they're in a new format, so we recommend taking your time (no pandaren pun intended), read through the notes at your leisure, and remember that a lot of the changes in the Patch Notes are broken up by section. What's stated in the first few pages about your class won't be everything, so the more you read, the more you'll be prepared to give insightful feedback. These forums are here for just that, so participate, discuss, and encourage each other through meaningful discourse. All of your thoughts and feedback are greatly appreciated!

Ah, Crithto can answer this.

Do the developers come to the forums in an official capacity to review "feedback threads?"

I can't speak for all of them especially considering their extraordinarily busy schedules right now, but yes, many developers take time to read these forums when they can.

at least it shows the passion for this game is still there, regardless whether you agree or disagree.
thanks everyone

Exactly.
