Removed Key to the Palace of Lei Shen?

Does anyone know anything about if they removed the Key to the Palace of Lei Shen from the game?

I've killed every rare on the island and opened a chest and still no key.

And nothing about it being removed in the patch notes either.

We're looking into reports of Key to the Palace of Lei Shen not dropping properly from rares and chests on the Isle of Thunder.
