LFR Entry Requirements - Blue Tracker

Hey guys, I dinged 90 on my alt not too long ago, so I'm now farming the Timeless Isle obviously. I was wondering if I'd be able to queue for SoO LFR once I hit 496 ilevel, or do you have to complete each individual previous tier in LFR first?
