Realm/Faction Transfer

Hey, me and a friend are thinking of swapping to another realm and faction to join some RL friends. We are both horde and they are alliance, I was just wondering what happens to the following things;

- Reputations (does my UC rep transfer to IF rep?)

-Mounts, how will these be effected?

- Titles? (of the Undercity etc)

-Progress with the argent tournament? I heard it resets/
