Why are these two realms down?

Love to know why my Realm and one other are taken down for a second maintenance while the rest of the players and realms are ok to play. A simple " will be down" isn't good enough.

YOu forgot to burn Sweet grass in the server room.....we are all doomed now.

Wait... is the sweetgrass better or sage? I always get it wrong. :/
