Character not found

Not sure if this is the right place for this post. Someone in my guild has a character that can't be loaded on several websites and apps (askmrrobot, wow-heroes, simulationcraft, etc.) because her character can't be retrieved from the armory API.

This is the URL that SimulationCraft is trying to use:

http://us.battle.net/api/wow/character/Aggramar/Alaidia?fields=talents,items,professions&locale=en_US

It just returns {"status":"nok", "reason": "Character not found."}

Is anybody else having this issue, or does anyone know why this happening?
