to get help from tech support? been having a problem for a while and despite other people posting in my thread having the same problem I have yet to get help from a GM, other people are getting help, why not me?

No comment on that, but to be fair you did receive a response on a possible solution 4 days ago and only just replied a few hours ago letting them know the issue persists. The forums aren't a direct ticketing system though, and so if you need 1on1 support it's sometimes better to troubleshoot the issue through a ticket.

In any case, if it's an ongoing problem and you need direct support you should open a ticket by clicking on Get Help: http://battle.net/support
