08/22/2013 03:10 AMIn 10M, raids were able to have the tanks/melee sit in the ground effect and be healed through it. The 25M version did significantly more damage. Damage seems undertuned on 10 and overtuned on 25.

Alternately, we felt that the damage was undertuned when we tested it on 10N, and increased it accordingly, so now it's appropriately dangerous when you're seeing it on 25N.
In general, a difference in the PTR difficulty of 10N vs. 25N or 10H vs. 25H when testing the same encounter often just means that we changed the entire encounter's tuning based on the first round of testing.
