Character not found/A character with that name exists

Is anyone getting this a lot recently when trying to log in ?

At first it was just the "a character with that name already exists" message, and when trying a 2nd time I always managed to log in.

However I've now been actually unable to log in on a number of occasions recently because it comes up with the message "character not found" when the character being loaded is at around 90%

Hello,

Can you please try the following:

1. Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com
2. Note down your IP-address
3. Unplug the landline cable from your router for a couple minutes
4. Connect it again and verify you can access the Internet
5. Access the http://whatismyipaddress.com again and verify that IP-address has changed
6. Try and access World of Warcraft if you have a new IP-address
