Bad tanks or healer pull?

Ive recently been doing dungeon grinding on this character due to the fact i hate questing with a passion. I notice of all the people in the dungeon i find no tank ever have a decent aggro. I constantly heal myself more then anyone else. Am i unlucky enough to get terrible tanks of all different classes or am i just pulling stuff insanely. Thanks to OP monk its not hard to save myself, but i sometimes find myself at the brink of death.
