This is a shaman card, basically a resurrection. Now when used on Al Akir the Windlord who has charge, windfury, taunt, divine shield...Can he Attack twice like normally, but take recoil damage on his 2nd attack, killing him...and respawn, same turn, with 2 fresh attacks? bringing him to a 4 attacks that turn?

Yes, Al'Akir can attack again twice if brought back with Ancestral Spirit thanks to Windfury. He'll also get a fresh Divine Shield.
