Why can be kicked during combat?

i like how underdeveloped Childs couldnt realize that i carried them in dmg to final boss in blackrock caverns in 5min on a 80 twink and they ask why im i in dps spec as healer and kick me :)

imao blizz should allow whoever got kicked to be able to queue Back into that group so the Victim can wipe them, and btw why do i get 4 hour message when i want to kick someone
