Queued for game time?

Hey everyone!! So I have a quick question. I just bought an online purchase of game time about four hours ago. When I looked to make sure that it had processed my order it wasn't showing and when I looked at the ticket it said it was queued. Game time expires tomorrow, and I thought that if you bought it online it would automatically delivered to your account? This has worked for me in the past so I'm a little confused....

When you make the purchase you should have the option to redeem it or gift it to someone else and from what I can see, Amarawyn, you haven't claimed the code yet.

Did you receive an email with the code in it? You may also be able to go to your order history. Take that code log into your Account Management page, select the appropriate World of Warcraft account then click "Add Game Time".

Enter the code you received and it should be applied to the account.
