Can we gamble on World of Warcraft?

Loose idea circulating on my realm at the moment to spark up some PvP tournament for in-game currency. Everyone chips in and wargames for the cup and the 3 top spots get some cash as well as fame (lol). Some have spread the idea of streaming some of it and wagering on winners using real life currency strictly amongst our realm members obviously.

Would this be a breach of ToS? Either the in-game wagering + putting towards a prize and the out-of-game wagering?

I really can't improve on the answers already given.

Don't advertise in a public channel, and we will be hands-off on either side if there are any disputes. This is a totally 'at your own risk' type of transaction.
