Good morning, i just read on the US forums that they will make Lei Shen 100% drop a Titan Runestone next reset.

Yes, it will come to Europe as well :)
As Rygarius explained on the US forums, the developers agree and feel that
Titan Runestone drop too rarely.In our case, the change will be active on Wednesday with our raid resets!
