200k on dummy. Does 70k vs player = exactly 65% damage reduction.
conflagrate on dummy 50k. So 17.5k by 65% resi => increased to 23400 by pvpppower.
Pls fix and relook at all other spells too.

I have to say I wasn't aware about this but a quick search just revealed quite a few threads on the topic, both here and in the US, so something must be definitely going on with Chaos Bolt.
I’ll make sure to let the devs know about this, even though they probably already do. I’ll let you know if there is any news.

Taepsilum, when will the ladders update again? I'm curious to the shift in pvp distributions and I'm sure a lot of dudes here will be.
