Stealth a minion with taunt???

What happens if I am a rogue and give stealth to a minion with taunt? Can my opponent not attack at all? Does taunt not count or does stealth not count?

If a minion has both Taunt and Stealth and is currently in “Stealth Mode”, he will be unable to taunt until Stealth goes away. You can’t be sneaky and grab someone’s attention at the same time. :)
