5.3 is destroying pvp

OP, if you return to this thread, consider for future reference that participants get better use out of a discussion forum when a reason for an argumentative thread is provided.

You stated a topic. You provided your opinion. But you didn't provide any evidence or elaboration that might persuade someone to care about your opinion. This tactic typically causes a thread to meander all over the place, as participants tend to bicker between each other attempting to follow up a rhetorical, unexplained statement with their own interpretations, or in pursuit of their own agendas.

65% base resil and ilvl cap for anything other than wpvp is bending pvp over a splintered log. worst idea since lvl 90 mage talents. someone wake me up, please!
