This "FIX" is a trap blizzard...

So S13 gear was made better than S12 2/2. --- It wont fix the crazy gap there was between S12 2/2 and S13 Honor and it only will make the gap between S13 Hp Gear Vs. S13 Cp Gear even bigger. That means that if you end up with honor gear against a team with tyrannical gear (no matter how bad they are) you will not win.

It's showing right now with S12 2/2 how very little room for mistakes there is for Honor geared people and compared to how much bigger it is for S12 2/2 geared people. For Tyrannical geared people S13 Malevolent will be a joke...

Please blizzard think before you do this. This is not the right call. This "band-aid" will only make things even worse down the road.

MoP has been harsh enough on alts as far as PvE goes. I may be mistaken but I believe this was not intended. Now you're making the same mistake for PvP.
