Why solo scenario ?

I just did the new solo scenario that lead to the second parts of Isle of Thunder and i think it's a very dangerous road Blizzard shouldn't follow.
I can understand solo instance for hardcore stuff, like the legendary rogue questline in Cata, or the warlock one to get green fire. Also the timed one is fun, because it's optionnal and get tons of stuff. But this is daily quest ! Isle of Thunder is the thing you do daily, easily, while grouping with friends and guildies to socialize. There's ZERO point in making this part solo ! Worst of it: it's mandatory if you want to go on with the story.

Scenarios so far were for 3 players. In 5.1 the Krasarang special quests could be done in 5-man group. Why change that ?

I'm paying for a MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER online rpg, not a solo game.

As others have mentioned on the thread, the point of this "solo scenarios", among other things, is that players that come late to the game will still be able to experience everything the Isle of Thunder has to offer, even if the realm has already advanced to a different stage.
