Although we haven't published the article yet on our site here, those hotfixes are live in Europe too.

So are the tooltips only not updated?
I really want to know if my 5% damage increase (20% -> 25% overall damage) is live already, and the tooltip just doesnt show it.
This particular case, it's live, but the tooltip still reflects 20%.
