When the LFR version is released will it replace the original MoP raids on LFR finder?

I'm just wondering as I literally only just got back now from a break lasting back at the end of October. I'd like to try the others out as well.

Not at all. In fact, you'll have to gear up first through the original raids on the LFR version before being able to queue for the LFR version of Throne of Thunder (unless you already meet the 480 item level requirement).

In short, Raid Finder's of 5.0 raids aren't going anywhere :-)
