Is there any way to shorten the run back for when it goes live? Also would it be possible to have all the corpses and remaining players to be ported to the Boss's platform after combat ends(like Sha of Fear) so we could have some sort of wipe recovery?

We're adding a more convenient zone-in location near Megaera, once she has been defeated. We'll look into the other request.
