I combed through logs as recent as today and could not find any indication he summons protectors less often. I'm assuming the hotfix is not actually live until next round of restarts. none the less. I'd like to find out (from anyone still doing normal elegon) if they can post what the new cd is if they observe it? current normal mode cdis 35 seconds between protectors, like 10 seconds from pull or after a phase transition. being that i'm unlikely to see normal elegon again any time soon. If i can't comb that data from world of log parses in next few days i'd love if i can get the new timer details from someone to update the mods for the change accordingly.
