For some reason PvP Power is 0% for all characters even on the Blizzard website. I can pull [pvpPowerRating] but [pvpPower] is always 0 as of recently.
Pvp power got split into damage and healing values and we haven't updated the web profiles (for game site and api) yet. It should be fixed at some point next week.
