PvP weapon didn't get updated in 5.1 !!!

Hello!

I double checked that Malevolent Gladiator's Ripper didn't get updated in patch 5.1. Same old PvP power... Have this been noticed and any idea about incoming hotfix? I won't go to arena as DPS with low PvP powered fist weapons!
