I think everyone should be reimburse one full day of game time when maintenance exceeds it's original quote. Normally I wouldn't dare post anything about how the servers are down but my girlfriend made a valid point. It would make since to do this in a business perspective.

It has become necessary to extend today’s regularly scheduled maintenance by approximately two hours. We currently anticipate that realms will become available at 1:00 p.m. PST, though we will revise that estimate if the situation changes.
