Yup, we have indeed stated this several times, but it cannot be said often enough really :-)

Please do use the report cheating function whenever you suspect another player to be botting, exploiting, cheating, etc. Although it may not always seem like it, these reports helps us tremendously in our efforts to combat this issue.
