Will anything be done about Galleon?

Roughly 80 people a week are killing him on each server but there are thousands wanting to do it.

The idea of Galleon was to be for an organised group but its just the first rag tag bunch of misfits to get to him.

Make the boss hard and the spawn time short, stop this madness.
