Then fix it

It is a ridiculous notion that we would allow an activity to continue simply because it brings in a subscription. We value the integrity of this game and we do everything in our power to protect it.

Then ban the botters.

Ban the same level 1 that has been spamming trade trying to sell arena carries for five straight months.

Do something already. It's been long enough.

We do. However, we require a bit more than what amounts to simple visual verification of the activities. While you are able to state that someone is botting, you do not have to prove your allegations. We do not have the same luxury. The actions taken for such activities are fairly severe so we must do more than just note " I saw character X, he was botting". We must verify what is happening so that when the registered user on the account disputes the action that we can review the information collected and verify if the actions taken were valid or not.

Not really the same thing. If they are actually spamming, that is repeating the same or similar statements repeatedly in a short amount of time, report them by right clicking the line in chat and report for spamming.

Selling an arena carry isn't necessarily a violation of our policies though. As long as the exchanges are virtual, while unsupported, it is not prohibited.

The "fix it" mantra really doesn't help. Especially without a true understanding of the situation. This isn't something that we can just snap our fingers and make go away, it never has been.

As I said before we actively work to not only prevent exploitation but also to develop detection methods for those that we cannot block outright. While this absolutely is a priority for us, it takes time. No amount of "well fix it then" will hurry that along.

As stated before, please continue to use the right click report option.
