Stuck in my "own phase" of pandaria

So, I'm stuck in my own phase of pandaria with two friends, its right when Taran Zhu and General Nazgrim are about to talk and the sha spawn but there something bugged and nothing is happening, no sha, no mobs at all. No mobs ANYWHERE, no NPCS in org, mount hyjal, tol barad or anything no NPCs anywhere. HS/relog/summon wont work, W T F should I do? :(

Hey guys,

If you are experiencing this issue can you try join a Battleground to see if that corrects your issue or even try to change your active talent spec.

Let me know here again how you get on.
