Lost all my blizzard store and collectors edition items

So i recently made a second account connected to this battle.net account (WoW 2) so i could transfer one of my paladins to it, i did this and i noticed that on my WoW 2 account all my paid mounts where gone, however this didn't concern me due to the fact that it said somewhere in the F&Q that this would be the case, however i was suprised to learn that all my mounts also disapeared off my WoW 1 account, this was NOT mentioned in the F&Q so i asked a GM to restore the items back to me, witch he did! however he only restored 3 of the...20ish missing items, so rarther than waiting a year for my ticket to be answered again i would like to know if there is anyway i can restore the items on my own.

TL:DR: Lost all my blizzard store and collectors edition pets and mounts on my WoW 1 account how can i get them back without waiting for a ticket.
