Nefarian's open on Mekkatorque right now, actually.

To clarify, under normal circumstances you have to have kill Maloriak, Chimaeron, and Atramedes to unlock Nefarian. That restriction is still in place and isn't something I can globally turn off right now. If those three are considered dead and there's still no Nefarian, I'll look into it.

For future testing, I'll add in a bypass.
