It's time to make First Aid automatically given

Vanilla was a time of experimentation and 90%+ of the population playing with 1 main. Now it's a chore to level it for alts hence it's difficult to see it seriously in design.

If it was a default talent then it might be nice to see it in raiding. e.g. "The boss stops all healing spells for 10 seconds. You have 10 seconds to heal yourself with other means for 10,000HP or you're dead".
