WInged guardian Error!

Hello guys,

i recently bought my winged guardian in the shop and when i am going to redeem the game code key to attach it to my account it says ''This code is region-specific, so it can only be redeemed on a World of Warcraft license from the same geographic region.'' and when i go into my when i go into my transaction History it says it's queued. i need help please! :)
