Scarab Lord Title

Since the black scarab mount is now going to be account wide as well as achievements, why is the Scarab Lord title not account wide as well? If I can ride my scarab on my DK it would make sense he would also hold the lord of scarabs title. Is this going to stay this way for live or will it be changed?

I understand if it is something blizzard has forgotten about since there are so few of us but I wanted to know if the title situation will be changed before MoP.
