RAF - Monks in MoP "community deserves to know"

Hello all and im sorry to put up yet another thread about this topic but I just had to somehow voice out that we as community and upcoming monk players deserve to know what the plan is for this? We are coming closer and closer to launch of MoP and in all the planning in getting the best possible start for both individual players and guilds who plan to have monk in the raid team. I think its only fair that we now get some knowledge about what time frame we should be looking at for getting the Monk to lvl 90.

And aswell if allowed to use RAF will it also count towards the achievement?

I know latest feedback were Blizzard maybe would maybe make an faq about it but thats sometime ago and as stated earlier we as players deserve to know now.

Yes, and for those that haven't seen it, here's the quote Zarhym wrote about Monks and RAF:
