Does the number of guild members directly affect the Daily Guild XP total? If so, does it count accounts or characters?

Along the same lines, do we have any idea when "daily" guild XP totals will reset? As well as personal XP totals?

My current situaion is: I'm in a guild with 5 people total (all friends) and 10-15 total characters. I have earned the max XP/guild rep on multiple toons in said guild. In addition to me capping, there are 2-3 other characters that are as well.

Also, the guild as a whole has capped it's "daily" allowance.

I can continue levelling without worrying about guild XP/rep, but I'd much rather do the two together.
