Hi I had a look through the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question, was just wondering if anyone knows what time of day does the daily cap reset?

I was assuming it would reset with the dailies reset timer, but it doesn't seem to be the case, So now I'm thinking it may be the Heroic dungeon reset timer. Any info would be great, thanks in advance :)
