Adjusted the list. We're still making adjustments to Dun Morogh, but for the most part it is ready for testing. The Badlands -> Swamp of Sorrows band level range is still TBD. There are a few kinks that need to be worked out first.

Bah it said WPL was good for testing when I checked earlier and now that I'm finished with it it says not ready for testing. Well guess that saves me asking all the questions I had after doing it!
