So i have put money in, but when i go to race change theres no option to use your balance account.

What am i doing wrong?

While your post is about 13 hours old, Drfel, I just wanted to confirm that I do show you have an available balance. Battle.net Balance funds are able to be used for character services such as the Race Change service.
