Guild Name Change

Sorry if this is the wrong sub-section...

Anyway, I have these two guilds. One is level 4, the other is level 25; so we've all moved to the level 25 one, but it's got an awful name. My level 4 has an awesome name.

If I pay for a name change on the level 4 guild, does it get freed up in order for me to pay for a name change on the level 25 guild?

Or is it like characters, where there's a 90-day cooldown?

A general rule of thumb with the Guild Services FAQ is that if it is not specifically mentioned then it follows the same rule for the corresponding individual character services. So, in this case:

What will happen to my character's old name?
Once the name change is complete, your character's old name will be locked from use on the realm for 90 days. After that time, the old name can be claimed by anyone on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to retain the use of that name you will have to reclaim it before anyone else does.

Therefore, the original name will be locked for everyone on the realm (including yourself) for 90 days.
