[Bug] Pet name display and tooltip

These are 2 bugs I've found with vanity pet name display and action bar tooltip.

1) I have critter and companion names turned off in my interface options but whenever I summon a battle pet to follow me, their name keeps showing no matter what. It seems the regular non catchable pets retain their name hidden if you have the option disabled but catchable pets continue to display the name when you have them summoned.

2) Currently in beta when you have a pet on the action bar it does not have a tooltip when you mouse over it like pets do on live. It might not be a big deal but just wanted to report it anyways.
