Can Blizzard make a public statement of all the problems they are having with this 4.01 patch? I demand this should be done. This will prevent other players to think that its their computer that is messing up, and reinstalling everything on their computer and causes my problems.

I believe if you look at the sticky area you'll find there has been a known issue thread that's been updated whenever we get new information. There are also various posts in several forums by representatives on what issues we're aware of. :)
